Creates a product group.
The groupingCustomizationId is the option or modifier (customization) that all member products share, such as "Color". It must reference an existing customization and can't be changed after the group is created.
To populate the group's members, call Assign Products to Product Group after creation.
To create multiple product groups in a single request, call Bulk Create Product Groups.
