Manually issues a certificate to an active or finished participant.
A finished participant has completed or failed the program, or was automatically removed. The program must have a connected certificate reward. When authenticated as a site member, the participant must have completed the program.
You can only call this method when authenticated as a Wix app or Wix user identity.
There are 3 errors with this status code.
