Increments a post's view count.
Call this method when a site visitor views a published post. The post must already be published. The response returns the post's updated total number of views.
This method accepts up to 100 calls per minute from an IP address on the site, and up to 100 calls per minute from an IP address for a single post. Further calls are rejected.
