Triggered when a refund has been fully processed and completed.
This event is fired once when all refund transactions within a refund have reached
their final state (either SUCCEEDED or FAILED). Contains the order ID, completed
refund details, any side effects (such as inventory restocking or email notifications),
and the updated order transaction state.

Fully qualified domain name of the entity associated with the event. Expected wix.ecom.v1.order_transactions.
ID of the entity associated with the event.
Event timestamp.
Unique event ID. Allows clients to ignore duplicate events.
If present, indicates the action that triggered the event.
Event name. Expected refund_completed.
Whether the event was triggered as a result of a privacy regulation compliance, such as GDPR.
