The Form Templates API lets you retrieve the form templates published for a namespace. A form template is a reusable definition of a form, including its fields, steps, and settings, and is used as the source when creating a form on a Wix site. Use it to present users with a gallery of ready-made forms, or to seed a new, fully editable form by passing the template's fields and steps to Create Form in the Form Schemas API. The Accessibility Scans API lets authorized apps and Wix users scan a Wix site for accessibility issues and retrieve results that people, applications, and coding agents can act on. You can scan a full site, a single page, or every page in a page collection such as store products or blog posts. Scans run asynchronously: Run Accessibility Scan returns a scan ID to poll, and once the scan reaches a terminal state you can retrieve paginated findings with severity, WCAG criteria, element references, remediation guidance, and verification steps. See the sample flows to get started. This API is in Developer Preview and is subject to change.

Cart V2 unifies the eCommerce Cart and Checkout APIs into a single Cart entity that covers the entire purchase flow, from adding items to placing an order. Use it to build custom cart and checkout experiences, so you no longer need to manage 2 separate entities and keep them in sync.

With Cart V2, you can:
- Create and manage a cart with catalog items or custom line items.
- Apply coupons, gift cards, and automatic discounts.
- Calculate cart totals, including taxes, delivery costs, and fees.
- Complete checkout and place orders, all from a single entity.

When you submit your app and publish it, Wix now runs an automated AI review that checks your app against the App Market requirements. Results are typically available within minutes. If it doesn't pass, blockers appear in your app's dashboard describing what to fix. If your app passes, it's published to the Wix App Market.

Wix-managed headless projects built with Wix's Astro integration now include full SEO support.

SEO metadata is generated automatically from the settings Wix users configure in the Wix dashboard, including page titles, meta descriptions, canonical URLs, social sharing tags, robots directives, and structured data. Wix also automatically serves robots.txt and sitemap.xml.

You can now use the external install flow for unlisted apps. Pass the share install link's unique ID as the new `shareUrlId` query parameter in your installation URL.

The Semantic Model API provides access to semantic models that define the analytics data available for a Wix site. Each semantic model describes a specific analytics subject area, such as site traffic or revenue, and specifies the measures, dimensions, and parameters you can use to query it.

With the Semantic Model API, you can:

The Realtime APIs let you send and receive messages between a site backend and connected clients in real time, and control which subscribers can listen to specific channels and resources. This release includes APIs for:

The Checkout Sessions API creates a Wix‑hosted checkout session for a specific cart and buyer. Each call generates a fresh, single‑use session tailored to the provided line items and buyer details. You can use this API to create checkout sessions for one‑time or subscription line items, pre‑fill the checkout form with known buyer information to reduce friction at payment, and configure recurring billing per line item—including frequency, billing cycles, and free trial period (limited to one line item per checkout session).

The App Installations API allows you to list, filter, and search installations of your own apps across the Wix sites where they're installed.

You can now link an existing Astro project to Wix using the `npm create @wix/new -- headless link` command. This creates a Wix-managed headless project for your existing Astro codebase, provisioning a Wix business and site, configuring your Astro setup, and installing the necessary dependencies.

It covers the required changes  to your file structure and syntax.

The Pool Items API lets you query which catalog items a member can access through their active benefit programs. Each pool item is a specific product, class, post, or other catalog item that's been provisioned for a member, contact, or visitor as part of a benefit in their pool. Use this API together with other Wix Benefit Programs APIs.

New API: Benefit Program Pool Items 

The Pool Definition Items API allows you to manage which catalog items are assigned to the benefits of a pool definition, a template that defines what subscribers get under a Pricing Plan. Benefits are the specific things subscribers can access within a pool definition, each identified by a benefitKey. Use this API together with other Wix Benefit Programs APIs.

A new About App Review Decline Reasons article explains the most common reasons apps are declined during Wix App Market review. It summarizes the technical, UX, and marketing requirements your app is checked against, and groups typical decline reasons by category. Use it to identify and fix issues before you submit, or quickly address problems if your app is declined and you receive a review notice.

The existing `trackEvent()` method from the `@wix/site package` can now be used in Wix‑managed headless projects. You can call `trackEvent()` from your headless site to send standard and custom analytics events to the Wix analytics infrastructure, and have them forwarded to connected external platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Facebook Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.

New feature: Headless Analytics Events `trackEvent` support

A new Contributor Created account-level event is available under the Account Level User Management APIs. This event is triggered whenever a new contributor is added to a Wix account. 

Account level webhooks are intended for Wix Enterprise and Wix Channels partners.
