Retrieves reactions for multiple comments.
For each requested comment the response carries the reaction total, per-code totals, whether the current identity has reacted, and the member IDs that reacted with each code. Visitor reactions are included in the totals but their identities are not returned. Every comment must belong to the supplied app and context. If any comment is missing, inaccessible, or belongs to a different context, the entire request fails.
