Creates a report about a member, on behalf of the calling member.
The member who creates the report is identified from the call's identity, so this method must be called by a site member. The site's Wix user receives a notification about each new report.
reason.category is required. reason.description is required when reason.category is IMPERSONATION, HARASSMENT, or OTHER.
A member can't report themselves, and blocked or offline members can't be reported. The site owner and site contributors can't report other members or be reported.
To delete all reports about a member, call Delete Member Reports.
