Creates a confirmed marketing consent with a state of CONFIRMED. Required fields:

  • details.type.
  • details.email OR details.phone.
  • lastConfirmationActivity.

To create a marketing consent with a different state, use Upsert Marketing Consent, or Bulk Upsert Marketing Consent.
