Gets site language information.

The `getLanguage()` function returns a Promise that resolves to the site's
 language information.

 The retrieved language information is the information that
 has been entered in the **General Info** section of your site's [**Dashboard**](https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-dashboard-overview).
