# Method Description:

Retrieves a code representing the site's currency.

The retrieved currency code corresponds to the currency that has been
 entered in the General Info section of a site's [dashboard](https://support.wix.com/en/article/about-your-wix-dashboard).

 The currency is used by a site with apps, for example Wix Stores or Wix Bookings, and other 
 Wix features.
