# wix flows

Lists, adds, and removes flows, which are sets of extra commands for the Wix CLI. For example, the [`origami` flow](https://dev.wix.com/docs/wix-cli/command-reference/introduction.md#flow-commands) adds commands to export a Studio Two site to code. After you add a flow, you can run its commands as `wix <flow> <command>` in any folder.

> **Note:** The CLI installs flows in your user folder, not in a project, so they're available to every project and outside any project.

## Usage

```bash
wix flows <subcommand>
```

## Subcommands

The following table lists the subcommands available for the `wix flows` command:

| Subcommand | Description |
| ---------- | ----------- |
| [`list`](#list) | Lists the flows that you can install, and the version of each one that's installed. |
| [`add <name>`](#add) | Installs a flow, or updates it to the latest version. |
| [`remove <name>`](#remove) | Uninstalls a flow. |

### list

Lists the flows that you can install. For each flow, the output shows its package and whether it's installed, including the installed version. The output also shows the folder where the CLI installs your flows.

```bash
wix flows list
```

### add

Installs a flow, or updates it to the latest version if it's already installed. Pass the name of a flow from `wix flows list`. For example:

```bash
wix flows add origami
```

### remove

Uninstalls a flow. Pass the name of an installed flow. For example:

```bash
wix flows remove origami
```
