About the Messages API

The AI Assistant Training Messages API enables you to train a site's AI assistant.

With this API, you can:

• Ask a question to the AI assistant to test its answer.
• Add feedback to the AI assistant's answer to improve its accuracy.
• Retrieve messages which includes any feedback applied to each message.

Before you begin

It's important to note the following point before starting to code:

• Sites using this API must install the Wix AI Site-Chat app. Learn more about adding and setting up Wix AI Site-Chat.
