Deletes a service.
Specify {"preserveFutureSessionsWithParticipants": true} to retain all
future sessions for the service. By default, all future sessions are canceled.
This method may require higher-level permissions than the caller has, based on their identity and roles and permissions. In these cases, you can ensure the method is called with the required level of authorization by using one of the following:
ID of the service to delete.
Allows you to configure how to handle the deleted service's future sessions and how to notify the sessions participants.
