Adds catalog line items and/or custom line items to a checkout.
When adding catalog items
to a checkout, the lineItems.catalogReference.appId and lineItems.catalogReference.catalogItemId fields are required.
This method may require higher-level permissions than the caller has, based on their identity and roles and permissions. In these cases, you can ensure the method is called with the required level of authorization by using one of the following:
Checkout ID.
Items to be added to checkout.
