About the Communication APIs

The Communication APIs allow you to manage email subscriptions for a site's contacts and communicate with a site's visitors, contacts, and members through Wix Chat, SMS, a Facebook business page, or other channels.

With the Communication APIs, you can:

• Retrieve conversations between a visitor and the business.
