Updates multiple menu ordering settings entities at once.
Each time a menu ordering settings entity is updated, revision increments by 1. The existing revision must be included when updating the menu ordering settings entity. This ensures you're working with the entity's latest information, and it prevents unintended overwrites.
This function requires elevated permissions and runs only on the backend and on dashboard pages.
