About Collaborators

As the owner of an app, you can invite collaborators to contribute to your app and manage existing collaborators.

Collaborator types

  • Owner: Can perform most actions in the account and is considered an admin. Only the Owner can request to close an account.
  • Admin: Can perform some of the same actions as an Owner, except for deleting apps, adding collaborators or responding to user reviews. Allowed actions include: Changing the app name and details, updating endpoint URLs and adjusting pricing, etc.

Note:

If you need to transfer Owner rights to another user you'll need to let us know and we'll sort it for you.

Add a new collaborator

  1. Go to your app's page in the Wix Developers Center.
  2. Click Collaborators in the side menu.
  3. Click + Add Collaborator. 
  4. Enter the email address of the collaborator.
  5. Click Send Invite.

Remove a collaborator

  1. Go to your app's page in the Wix Developers Center.
  2. Click Collaborators in the side menu.
  3. Click the Trash icon next to the relevant collaborator.
  4. When prompted, click Remove.
