The App Installations page lists every installation of your app. Use it to connect app instance IDs to Wix users, find contact information for support, and track how sites use your app.
Each row on this page represents a single app instance: 1 installation of your app on 1 Wix site.
To access the page, select your app from the Custom Apps page in your Wix Studio workspace. In the side panel, click Manage > App Installations.

The following table describes the data available for each installation:

| Site URL | The Wix site where a Wix user installed your app. |
| Instance ID | The unique identifier for this installation. |
| The site's business email. Shows "None" if the site has no business email. See Email availability. | |
| Owner Email | The email address of the Wix user who owns the site. Shows "Restricted" if your app doesn't have permission to read it. See Email availability. |
| Business name | The name of the business associated with the installation. |
| Location | The site's business location. |
| App plan | The pricing plan selected for this installation when your app uses the Wix pricing page. |
| Billing cycle | The billing cycle for the installation. |
| Version | The app version and installation status. Possible values are Installed, Uninstalled, Canceled, Upgraded, and Auto renew off. |
| Install date | The date when your app was first installed on this site. |
| Rating | The average rating for this installation, calculated from reviews submitted in the Wix App Market. The rating excludes reviews created before January 2025 on the standalone Wix App Market site or through the Reviews API. |
The default view doesn't show all available columns. Click the Customize icon to choose which columns to display and reorder them. You can also filter the information shown using Filter, or search for a specific installation using the search bar. Search matches both business and owner email addresses.
When you export the table to CSV, the file includes both the Email and Owner Email columns.
Note: Private apps have limited installation data. Data for ratings, plan name, and billing cycle isn't available for private apps.
The page shows 2 email addresses for each installation, so you can provide support or follow up with the Wix users who installed your app. The business email in the Email column appears for every installation on a site that has a business email. The owner email in the Owner Email column appears only when your app has permission to read it.
To see owner emails, your app needs the READ SITE OWNER EMAIL or Read site, business, and email details permission. Wix automatically adds these permissions when you create an app. If your app doesn't have them, add the permission to your app, and then release a major version.
Wix users who installed your app before you added the permission must approve it. Until they do, their installation shows "Restricted" in the Owner Email column.
The page doesn't show email addresses for installations where a Wix user uninstalled your app.
Handle installation data responsibly. Use it only for legitimate purposes, such as supporting Wix users and improving your app. Comply with GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations.
