Note: The Item Variants API only works with the Wix Restaurants Menus (New) app. Make sure you have installed this app from Wix App Market.

Creates an item variant.

To create multiple item variants at once, use Bulk Create Variants.

Permission Scopes

For app development, you must have one of the following permission scopes:
Manage Bookings Services and Settings
Manage Portfolio
Manage Restaurants - all permissions
