The Dispute Evidence Documents API lets you manage file-based evidence needed for payment dispute resolution cases. You can use this API to create, upload, and manage evidence documents that you submit when facing payment disputes with your payment service provider (PSP) or bank.

With this API, you can:

Working with evidence documents

Evidence documents work as part of the broader dispute resolution workflow. After uploading evidence documents using this API, submit them for dispute resolution using the Disputes API. Once you submit them, evidence documents become completely immutable to maintain the integrity of the dispute process.
