Retrieves the activated skills of every app installed on the site in context.
The response never includes guidelines. To retrieve a skill's guidelines, call Get App Skill. The site is
determined by the call's identity, not by a parameter; a call with no site context returns an empty list.
You can only call this method when authenticated as a Wix app or Wix user identity.
This method doesn't return any custom errors, but may return standard errors. Learn more about standard Wix errors.
