A member report overview summarizes all reports about a single member: how many times the member was reported, when they were last reported, and whether the reports were reviewed.
An overview is created when a member is reported for the first time, and is updated each time the member is reported again. It's removed when all reports about the member are deleted, or when the member is deleted from the site.
