Retrieves a page of data collections associated with the site or project.
By default, results are sorted by id in ascending order, paging.limit is 1000, and paging.offset is 0.
The maximum page size is 1000. Larger limits are reduced to 1000.
To retrieve the next page, increase paging.offset by the number of collections returned.
