Retrieves a folder.
If a folder ID is provided, returns the specified folder. If no folder ID is provided, returns the root folder.
The root folder contains a folders property with all of a site's folders.
You can only call this method when authenticated as a Wix app or Wix user identity.
There is 1 error with this status code.
